The Center for Dermatology & Skin Surgery performs a comprehensive hair and scalp examination that considers all possibilities and solutions for the patient’s condition. We consider it a necessity to do a thorough review of the patient’s medical history that includes medications, diet, environment, and life style, while tests are performed when needed to further inform the doctor of the patient’s condition.
Depending on the results of the hair and scalp examination, Dr. Burnett recommends and performs the appropriate course of action and then monitors the results to ensure that the patient’s condition is improving.

Dr. Burnett undertakes a comprehensive medical examination relating to the patient’s nail symptoms incorporating numerous factors such as medical history, mediations, diet, environment and life style. The prescribed course of treatments of medication, topical creams and/or diet depends on the results of the examination.
