We consider it a necessity to do a thorough review of the patient’s medical history that includes medications, diet, environment, and life style, while tests are performed when needed to further inform the doctor of the patient’s condition.
Depending on the results of the hair and scalp examination, Dr. Burnett recommends and performs the appropriate course of action and then monitors the results to ensure that the patient’s condition is improving.

The prescribed course of treatments of medication, topical creams and/or diet depends on the results of the examination.
